Courtyard by Marriott Pensacola

I like to stay at Courtyards. Cause they are usually nice and have Starbucks at the bistro on site. This hotel was a nice surprise. From the minute we walked it. It smelled great!! So clean and nice. It’s far enough from the interstate where you don’t hear traffic all light long. This is our new go to hotel in Pensacola.

I recently visited this location and had an exceptional experience. The staff did a great job meeting my needs and the GM, Elaine Zimmerman ensured the conference room was prepped and ready daily for me to use. If you’re ever in this area, you would do yourself a huge favor by staying here!

We stayed here for 4 days w our 2 grandsons traveling w my husband's work and this was an exceptional hotel. The pool was open til 11, they even had snacks out one day, the staff was amazing in everyway! The bistro breakfast was a disappointment but their wings and quedailla are excellent. The elevator moved quickly! Beds were clean and we had read a review from a mo th ago about their room having random insects due to a palm tree near the window but thankfully we didn't have any kind of insects in our room. We were comfortable thru the entire stay.

Great stay, staff Collen and Lacresha were extremelly helpfull and friendly! Rooms were clean and well stocked...highly recommend it.

Overall a decent suite and nice amenities in the room. Wish I could of stayed more then one night. When back in town on business, will definitely stay here again.

As a frequent Marriott guest, I can say this property stands out as one of the best in the portfolio. I chose this location for a team meeting due to its convenience, but the service kept us impressed all week. The rooms were spotless and fully functional, and the Bistro team provided excellent, friendly service. A special thank you to Elaine, who was a pleasure to work with; she handled our conference room booking and logistics with total professionalism. Ending our nights by the large outdoor firepit was the perfect way for the team to unwind. Highly recommended for any travelers or professional gathering.

Listen, this place is nice with a very friendly staff. The only complaint i have is that some of the beds are very hard, like sleeping on concrete. They definitely need to update them. Also, they allow pets and because of that our first room we were assigned smelled like wet dog. I am a pet lover and believe they are therapeutic. I think it is nice to be able to bring your pet but they need to be able to remove the smell. The staff was very helpful in getting us to another room with a much better bed. It appeared the room with the pet smell had just had the carpet cleaned, which is a good thing. Maybe they needed to allow more time for it to air out. It was very clean otherwise. As long as they update the beds, I would go back. The indoor pool was a nice bonus.

The hotel was great. But the pool was supposedly heated and it was not. It's an indoor, room temperature pool as far as we could tell. We called ahead to verify and they verified, but it was not. The front desk guy was not very hospitable either. Seemed irritated to have us come in.
